Most approaches to healthy eating focus on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. These are important to keep in mind, but my role as a health coach is to explore what is driving those totals by understanding why we eat, what we eat, when we eat and how we eat. As we piece this lifestyle puzzle together, you'll be in a better position to make gradual changes that will have a longer lasting impact than originally anticipated.
