Most approaches to healthy eating focus on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. These are important to keep in mind just as the answers to why we eat what we eat and how we eat. I coach my clients to observe their habits in their everyday lives to make basic improvements and implement gradual changes. As we piece their lifestyle puzzle together, my clients find these changes create a much larger and longer lasting impact than they originally anticipated.
